Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL). Banking details are used solely for EFT payment and are not stored beyond the transaction period. We use Formspree to process form submissions, which complies with GDPR and equivalent standards.

We retain transaction records for 5 years as required by South African tax law, after which they are securely deleted.

We only share your personal information with:

• Courier partners — to arrange collection from your address
• Strategic buy-back partners — device details only (no banking info), for resale purposes
• Payment processors — your bank details for EFT payment
• Legal authorities — where required by South African law
